CHAMPION
Of The Frustrated Entrepreneur
It’s really hard to be an entrepreneur. Some days are harder than others. I know this all too well. Over my 30+ years as an entrepreneur and having created eight different businesses, I had plenty of days asking,
“Why in the world am I doing this?”

I asked some of my colleagues in Vistage and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) for their help, and several of them said the same thing:
“Have you heard of EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System?” or “Have you read the book Traction?”

EOS – The Missing Piece Of The Puzzle
Once I Googled “EOS,” it hit me like a ton of bricks – a system was missing. That was the breakthrough I was looking for. Looking back, it seems obvious. Our company had systems in place for HR, operations and finance but no system for operating the entire company. Having a company-wide operating system is what was needed to eliminate obstacles and, most importantly, help us scale.
We immediately hired an EOS Implementer®. She worked with our leadership team to install EOS and taught us how to use it. She facilitated five key meetings per year and provided the content and support we needed to leverage the power of EOS.
And then we started to grow again. Our team was happier, we attracted the right kinds of clients, margins were up, turnover was down and things were truly running smoothly.
I was so impressed with how EOS dramatically impacted our business that I decided I would help other entrepreneurs enjoy the same experience we had. So, in 2023, my partner bought out my shares in Square 2 Marketing and I became an EOS Implementer to help other entrepreneurs achieve the vision they created when they started their businesses.

How Healthy Is Your Company?
“Our business was growing rapidly, but we weren’t making much money. I couldn’t figure out the answer nor could my team. We were getting more and more frustrated, and then Eric stepped in. He patiently guided us on implementing EOS and now we are booming! I had been an entrepreneur for a pretty long time but never realized a system like EOS trumps grinding it out any day of the week. The added bonus is that my team has never been happier. If you need to take your business to the next level (and lead a more balanced life at the same time), don’t even think about – meet with Eric.”

About The Name ‘Junto’
Ben Franklin organized a group of friends to provide a structured form of mutual improvement. The group, initially composed of 12 members, called itself the Junto (from the Spanish word junta, or assembly).
The members of the Junto were drawn from diverse occupations and backgrounds, but they all shared a spirit of inquiry and a desire to improve themselves and their community while helping others. Among the original members were printers, surveyors, a cabinetmaker, a clerk and a bartender. This gathering included prominent merchants who met informally on Fridays to drink and discuss the business of the day.
We hope to embody the spirit of Franklin’s quest for mutual improvement!
