Eric is a Professional EOS Implementer® helping companies with 10-250 employees implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). An EOS Implementer is a business coach, teacher and facilitator of proven EOS tools and processes that help guide leadership teams and entrepreneurs to get what they want from their businesses.

Typically, Eric will meet with your leadership team five or six times over the year for strategy and planning – and to learn how to implement the EOS methodology. Engagements usually last one to two years, concluding when clients feel ready to “graduate” and begin self-implementation.
