I’ve been blessed with a 30+ year entrepreneurial career, most of which was focused on helping entrepreneurial companies grow through my consulting firm, Square 2 Marketing. In addition, I’ve built, led, scaled and fixed eight of my own businesses in a variety of industries from professional services to retail and hospitality. I haven’t seen it all, but I’ve come close to it!

HERE’S HOW WE CAN FIGURE OUT IF EOS® IS A GOOD FIT FOR YOU:

1) We schedule a 30-minute discovery call with the owner(s) to discuss your goals and objectives.

2) Assuming we decide it is a fit, we schedule “The 90-Minute Meeting” with your entire leadership team. We go into granular detail around what EOS is, where your company needs help and how the entire relationship works. Your team can ask as many questions as they like so they understand and feel comfortable. The goal of this meeting is to provide enough information so your team can make a smart decision.

3) The kickoff meeting is called “Focus Day.” Your team gathers to work through the basics of EOS and get training on starting Level 10 meetings internally, so they get started right away.

4) From there we establish a quarterly meeting rhythm where we meet to learn new tools and develop quarterly team objectives (we call them “rocks”) to give your team focus during the upcoming quarter.

5) Each year, we schedule a two-day annual planning session to reset and focus on what we need to do that year to achieve your Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG).
